Ozzy Osbourne: No Escape from Now - Comments & Tips
Absolutely beautiful yet absolutely heartbreaking.
Great documentary. RIP Ozzy! I really enjoyed listening and watching it.
First of all, this was an excellent documentary that brought us into the last few years of Ozzy's life. We got to see the ups and down without the clown show that the Osbourne's show portrayed back in 2002. Ozzy's music was a big part of many of us growing up (myself included) and we know he had a lot of struggles along the way. What I can't help ignoring is the fact that Ozzy took partying to the extreme for many decades. I don't think he ever cared that someday it would get him in the end, but somehow in this documentary we are expected to feel sorry for him. Watching someone go downhill with health issues is never easy but I think a lot of the truth behind this was not mentioned here in full. All in all however, the filming brought out all the passion, strength and honesty behind his drive for his music and fans. Ozzy you did it all, and that is a life well lived!
