Pilgrim - Comments & Tips

I haven't watched all episodes of the series yet, and there's still more to be released but I think this will be my favorite. It was absolutely perfect. Acting, pacing, gore, story, music. Just 100!

Stupidly fun. But also just bad.

This episode goes pretty much exactly how you expect it to go. There's plenty of blaming on all kinds of levels and a lot of not so subtle remarks against the tradition and history. As with most of the episodes of "Into the dark" it's hard to see which side of the isle they are which makes it better than most series and episodes in this day and age. Or maybe it's just me not seeing the propaganda. To me it's pretty much a tale of respect and thanks and how important it is to understand what one has, and also what happens when you allow outsiders to enter your home who will quickly overrun and replace you by any means necessary. A cautious tale indeed!

There is a song in this movie that is forever RUINED for me now!! I hate when they do that!!

Oh God I hope Cody dies :-)

So the music near the end that included audience applause caught me off guard and I found it hilarious. One of the weirder Into the Dark movies where the tone kinda can’t make up its mind. Overall it was alright.

This show can be very up and down. This show was very "up". An excellent gore filled extravaganza.

Kind of a slow build-up but a thoroughly satisfying finale. I think we need to incorporate this into our new Thanksgiving traditions.

[spoiler]god, i loved this movie lol. Anna hitting the pilgrim lady in the head with head husbands decapitated head; the “did we just murder.. as a family?” like. some parts were so perfect. Anna should’ve just listened to Cody![/spoiler]
