[Raindance FF'22] Without telling anything extraordinary, this short film approaches the story of a delivery man whose bicycle is stolen, and is an accurate representation of the gig economy made up of workers without rights and without job stability. Clearly inspired by "Bicycle Thieves" (Vittorio De Sica, 1948), from which it takes its main idea, it offers a vision of New York that also seems to be inspired by "Taxi Driver" (Martin Scorsese, 1976), but above all the director and screenwriter knows how to build an emotional character that faces the obstacles that come his way with pride.
