The occupant is a nicely crafted movie with a great acting and scenamatography. While there''s a scarcity of content, this movie rise up with an extraordinary one! Starts so good and keeps you embezzled with whats gonna happen next. Well to be honest i like these type of movies. The movie went well and keep you interested however there is nothing special coming. If you enjoy acting, slow burns, subtle tension, and actually using your brain, you will like this. If you''re looking for a slasher flick or a generic run of the mill horro, you can get those anywhere and dumb down all you want. I took a chance and it was worth it.

The script is the only thing that you can save in this poor acting movie. A story that could have been pleasant turned boring. Is not possible to empathize with any character neither understand what is their motivation. [spoiler] Also there are some holes on how Tomás is not able to demonstrate Lara that he isn''t lying.[/spoiler]

05/10 They tried to make this into a Spanish version of '"Parasite'" but failed horribly. The stalker plot although intriguing at first moves very slowly. Nothing happens in this movie for a long long time. There''s just not enough here to command your attention.

7/10 A slow burn thriller with a lot of tension and creepy moments and characters. Yes, it does have some contrivances and leaps over some plot holes that you''ll think of afterwards, but it''s entertaining and suspenseful. Well worth your time.
