This movie is a huge mind fuck

If you never watched Alphaville before - or more important anything by Seijun Suzuki, you will not get the idea. It will all seem random to you. Rest assured though, if you want your inner avant garde persona fed, this will do it. Oshii, on his own, is one one of the few groundbreaking .. yes i dare call him a storyteller, because that is what he does best. So what if he did Ghost In The Shell, he has tons of better stories up his sleeve. If you came here because of Ghost In The Shell, i am sorry - this is not what you are looking for. But if you want your mind thrown out the window, give it a try.
