The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent
Creatively unfulfilled and facing financial ruin, Nick Cage must accept a $1 million offer to attend the birthday of a dangerous superfan. Things take a wildly unexpected turn when Cage is recruited by a CIA operative and forced to live up to his own legend, channeling his most iconic and beloved on-screen characters in order to save himself and his loved ones.

It certainly seems like _The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent_ will have a deeper impact on you if you’re at least somewhat of a fan of Nicolas Cage’s work, but could also be amusing for fans of absurd adult comedies. For the first 1/3 of the movie, I thought the parody of Nicolas Cage's career and life may have been taken too far. The cringe level was kept very high, and I was embarrassed to watch.
