[IFFR'22] The film calls into question the classic adventure cinema through the mixture of archive material and images shot in Tenerife, as opposed to the "official History" of the heroes versus the characters that have not received the attention of historians. On the other hand, it turns into heroines women who are not part of the official chronicle either, except as persecuted witches. But the connection between the two trips is somewhat forced, and the questioning of heroism in the representation of the journey of the discoverers works better.
