7.5 but rounded up to an 8 for me. first of all, phenomenal soundtrack. the movie is just beautiful to look at as well, gorgeous locations and great camera work. both of which elevate a rather simple story. I personally don't mind simple plots like this; I think there's space for exciting plot-heavy movies and sweet and simple comfort movies. this is definitely the latter and it's doing a great job at that. not full marks for me though because I really didn't enjoy the third-act conflict/plot twist. this type of thing is almost never done right or treated with the care it deserves imo and unfortunately this movie does the same thing. it is what it is. other than that I enjoyed my time with this. the actors did a great job, I enjoyed the awkwardness and the pining. very sweet.

It''s like a fanfic written by an 8th grader in 2013. It''s so predictable, so unoriginal, so bland. The story is so basic, even the drama and (supposed) plot twist is basic. Filled with awkward and dragged moments. I''m sorry but good looks and a pleasant aesthetic and songs aren''t enough to make a good movie.

The movie was boring and slow... Too much '"romantic '" moments when I actually was nothing happening. Great soundtrack , tho.

Well and better-rounded. Gives explanation of the parts that were cut before. I like it.

This was a very adorable romantic story with great music and fantastic chemistry between the leads. I did keep having this weird sense of awkwardness where some moments dragged oddly. Ends up, this was a web series turned into a movie, so I''m guessing those odd moments were ends of episodes.
