Good PPV from beginning to end
Short, simple but freaking impactful. Thank you for this wonderful gift of a PPV for parting ways with 2025 with a bang. Those CC matches never dissapoints. Enjoy them every year!
AEW Worlds End 2025 may not go down as the most instantly memorable AEW pay-per-view, but it perfectly illustrates why AEW remains the gold standard for PPVs. There was no forced spectacle, no moments engineered solely for social media buzz, and no reliance on overproduction. Instead, this was simply professional wrestling—cleanly presented, story-driven, and confidently executed. Existing storylines continued to evolve naturally, setting the table for what’s next, while the in-ring work delivered exactly what fans expect from AEW. Even watching it on delay, the show hit hard. The title change in particular landed exactly right, and having MJF back on top instantly reinvigorates the landscape. I’m already looking forward to what comes next—especially that Wednesday promo.
