Cold Water - Comments & Tips
So badly need a season 2, especially with that ending. I didn't really have any positive expectations, as I can't remember the last time ITV released anything worthwhile. The casting though, Indira Varma and Andrew Lincoln absolutely smashed it out of the 'park', and I've not seen much of Bremner, Myles, Bottomley, Chimimba, or Lawrie, but each character was played brilliantly with so much charge. The production itself reminds me of "Fleabag", only murder-orientated. The plot is bizarre and predictable, but the comedy does all the necessary heavy lifting. Please ITV, I need more.
I was hooked for no apparent reason. Lincoln was horrible in acting as always and very pathetic. The story was not that great nothing very surprising just a when they will get the killer in a mouce-cat game.
Cowardly reaction to violence against a woman, jerking off in the shower, cringy scene with a shrink. Those are the first three scenes. If you like watching pathetic losers you’ll love this. I lasted 8 minutes…
The series is available through Pramont+ in USA.

Dark, although a few comedy moments. Overall very entertaining and very enjoyable.
Instantly hooked this is how it should be
I’m one episode in and completely hooked. A dark drama with comedy tones. The opening scene was horrific and disturbing. A weak willed man, runs from a disturbing incident in London, moving his family to what he believes to be a nice quiet rural town in the Scottish Highlands! Three episodes in 'amp; Euan Bremner is superb once again, this time as an atheist vicars husband, who’s psycho tendencies grow after each episode, and Andrew Lincoln plays the lead role convincingly.
Great cat and mouse thriller. Started off fairly slow in the first episode then kicked into high gear and continued till the end. Definitely worth watching.
