F1: The Academy - Comments & Tips

Too bad they made the show so cheesy like garbage reality TV shows. The constant crappy pop music is unbearable.

Really dug this. Been getting into F1 this year for the first time and then on the heels of that fantastic F1 movie, I'm now looking for more F1 content. This was a great look into this side of F1, where a bunch of females, some as young as 15, go through The Academy program to try and make a dent into the long road of a female joining the male dominant ranks of F1. I'd be keen to see a Season 2 of this. Got to move onto Drive to Survive (all 7 seasons) at some point.

It’s a great look at F1 Academy and has some great moments. It does feel not as smooth as drive to survive. It’s really hard watching so many young people have their lives risk being uprooted by not winning a championship in 2 years. I wish F1 did a better job streamlining the feeder series and other series they have that has drivers come in. This is a great start but they need more.
