The Asian guy seems like he had no interest in being with anyone else on the planet and was saving himself just to have this fling. It's strange and doesn't feel real. The show seems to only be about the times the characters have sex. Everything else is just context for the sex. Nothing else that happens in the show seems to matter, since every minute 10 years goes by. They could have made a porno with quality acting instead. (This will be the one time the porn version is better than the real version.)

Best show currently running, also probably one of the best shows in the last decade. Exceptional adaptation, amazing script and dialogues, flawless acting. Editing + soundtrack + cinematography also impressive. And despite what a lot of people say, the pacing is GOOD. That's how their relationship works, seeing each other only a couple of times a year when they're playing against each other. That's what makes the tension grow and that's what makes everything ten times sadder. Can't wait for the last two chapters!!! Kudos to the director and everyone involved, they deserve all the praise.

In the words of the great, never late Jennifer Coolidge: these gays are trying to murder me. Emotional terror aside, pretty bold narrative choices. Even that could've felt like filler storylines turned out to be pure gold and serve all the purpose for the main arc. Plus the editing. I can't recall highlighting editing since Euphoria and that's major words. Hands down right on time to make the lists of the best of 2025.

Scott and Kip have way more chemistry and feel like a real relationship. I get that this is meant to be a slow burn but I don't buy it as a gay man who's ex was in the closet for the whole time I was with him. The main couple doesn't feel real at all but that said I'm glad to have continued watching because as other gays mentioned it was softcore stuff like it was so much sex which yay win for the sex but yeah I'm interested if they develop further beyond this. Also not a fan of the original author being a woman as this trend is not cool that said I'll keep an open mind for next season.

This is the best show I have ever watched in my life

Soft core porn with very little plot. It started fine but didn't go anywhere. Then it really improved with the second couple introduced to usonly for them to be taken away in the next episode. Shane and Ilya are pretty boring unlike the other duo (which felt much more relatable and real). DNF.

I love this show as much as Ilya loves Shane and Shane loves Ilya. I don't know what witchcraft it is but that tv show is like a drug.. you can't resist, you can't stop.. and you don't want to. You can watch it over and over again, and each time you fall more and more in love. It's insane and I can't stop thinking about these hockey players.

The episodes that are out are quite good! The book was adapted really nicely and Ilya and Shane seemed to have jumped out of the pages.
