The clocks seem to be going haywire in Joliville. And it just so happens that the Monster Agency is invited for a TV interview! Not easy to arrive on time... But that's not all: people also seem to be getting younger at an incredible rate... until they're becoming like babies! A monster is clearly having fun manipulating time...
