Minority Report - Comments & Tips
I think a majority of us would rather have Almost Human back that the Minority Report. And so far, I prefer the old CBS show Early Edition to this. (via TV Blaze for WP)
Finally, one of these rare SciFi-Shows focusing on crime. YEAAHHH! ;) - No for real, not again!!! - Make a second season of '"Almost Human'" if u have that money or leave it. - This seems to be an american cliche to the series '"Pscho-Pass'" - same as in movies, here now, too - Copy'amp;(Bad)Paste
We stopped watching at about half-way because we found it boring. We think it went the way of "Reverie", with boring repetitive similar storylines each episode. Basic murder mysteries cloaked with a bit of sci-fi = boring to us. None of the characters were really likable either. The original movie was much better.
Give it a try. The first few episodes lay the ground work for the show, so it might be a little slow, but it''s really hitting its stride this season around episodes 5+.
An interesting sci-fi crime show. I don''t expect it to get passed season 1 though. Because Fox sucks for Sci-Fi shows. They never make it passed season 1.
After watching the first two episodes, I can''t get past the Scooby-Doo factor. I almost expect each villain to say, '"And I would have gotten away with it too, if it weren''t for those meddling PreCogs!'" It''s childish and formulaic.
Real bad.. not worth watching.
Start slow and a bit boring, but ends up getting better later on. Fine for 'wasting' some time, especially if you are not bothered by it being cancelled after the first season. Acting is a bit all over the place depending on the actor but still fine. Story wise it is enjoyable but nothing new or impressive.
Canceled as of 29 Nov
Appears to be now cancelled.
I LOVED this show and I''m more than a little P.O.''d they took it off the air. In today''s climate, it had a lot to say about judging a situation before you have all the facts. The world could have done with more of that message. It also brought new ideas to a crime solving show. More importantly, the characters were interesting. I''m going to miss them.
Good show. I enjoyed it
By strict average of my episode ratings, I should give this show a 7. But there were too many things that bothered me about the production quality, the writing, and directorial decisions to give it quite that high a score. 6 will do. At least by the end, they stopped flashing us Meagan Good''s cleavage at every opportunity.
