Finally managed to watch the whole thing after several tries. Am glad I did. It was one of the better quiet cozy mysteries. At first the various relationships all really irritated me but by the 4th there was some resolution to the various conflicts. I liked that it some new ideas - for a long time cozy mystery watcher. I would recommend it now - but you are gong to have to put away your phone and relax while watching it

As one of many police/religious series, this is probably one of the slowest and least engaging, despite having an excellence cast. With few more episodes yet to air, I can only hope that it improves dramatically so that I can give it a more favourable vote than I have originally in mind.

With a large number of ecumenical and judicial series to choose from, it is unfortunate that this show, even with its stellar cast, falls a little flat. Don't get me wrong, and I am sure many will like this show and enjoy watching it, but imo it certainly isn't a memorable one. Watch it to be entertained not engrossed.
