Overview
Troy Dean Shafer takes on a 1935 Craftsman home with more than its fair share of issues. He finds himself in a precarious position when he realizes the whole front of the house is poised to collapse thanks to a previous shoddy renovation. To restore this house to its former glory, Troy's budget is going to take a hit, but this risk could pay off in Music City.
