Rififi - Comments & Tips

The character development was not great, and I didn't see any particular bonds being formed between the protagonists. There was also (imho) not a lot ob subtlety in the message the director and the writers were trying to pass, i.e., f the bank and the the system; the good guys and the bad guys were cartoonishly good and bad respectively. This could all be much more nuanced; I don't need to be spoon-fed what the creators want to communicate. Having said this though, the final scene was surprisingly good and overall quite touching!
