Sasquatch - Comments & Tips

Incredibly well-put docuseries about a journalist investigating the incident he recalls that happened in 1993 in a region known for Sasquatch territory and its high grade cannabis plants. He and his friends while sitting on the couch in a cabin seen two guys stopped by cabin in panic telling the owner that they've seen 3 dead bodies torn to pieces on cannabis farm which they believed that a Sasquatch killed those guys. Let me just say It's not what I expected but I dig it. Very entertaining for a documentary. It keeps getting better each episode, I was intrigued from start to finish. The people he interviewed were resourceful and I really liked the illustrations.

The development from a monster hunter story to a true horror crime is interesting. But it''s disappointing that it prefers to follow paths that lead nowhere, and abandons some reflections on mythologies ('"Monsters aren''t born to made, we made them. We made them out of the things we afraid of, we made them out of the things we hate'", says Brian Regal). It would have been a more interesting but less commercial approach.
