Wow, season 5 dropped off so hard.

Season 4 has hands down the best storyline of the series.

some amazing animation and a good story considering itโ€™s meant for kids.

Eh, I expected more. I guess not every cartoon can be as good as Avatar, The Last Airbender or Batman: The Animated series. Both kids shows yet have a level of maturity like no other. They did Starfire dirty and straight up censored comic book accurate names. Looking at you Deathstroke. Still, it's fine. Just don't expect the greatness as it is hyped up to be.

A show I remember fondly from childhood, and upon completing as an adult, I realized that while it still has the highs that I remembered and loved, it also has a very good share of low points and ridiculous humor that may not be funny to anyone over the age of like 5. Still absolutely iconic, with a tremendous, distinct, and well developed main cast, as well as some amazing supporting characters (Looking at you especially, Terra, but also Slade).

I was very pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this one, what with it being a kid's show and all. The ending was a crushing disappointment, unfortunately.

the ending genuinely knocks it down a point, desperately needs to be revived on Netflix or something

BEST CARTOON SHOW EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The plot and storyline is perfect. It's also really fascinating to watch and understand how each character/Titan is going through their hardships on being a hero. I really loved the Slade Arc in S01, which was really interesting and eye catching with the dark themes The storyline is perfectly planned, as you can see how much effort and participation in the process of it. They always always have their fun times and serious times. _Overall plot: 10/10_ The characters are also played really well. The voice actor and actress behind each Titan, had demonstrate so much powerful and expressive power of emotions, illustrating how much suffering and hardship they're going through, especially the main characters. The main characters development are done really nicely. I know there's hardly any backstories behind the Titans, but their past are really dark and emotional to watch. I love how each honorary Titans also get their time to shine and show us how Robin actually manage to recruit the members of Teen Titans. The villains are full characterised and developed as each Titan's nemesis appear so each of the hero can shine and learn how each of them defeat their nemesis. My most favourite was Terra's Arc, illustrating the hardship of controlling her powers and being hero/villian along with Slade's Arc. _Overall character development: 10/10_ The soundtrack were eye catching and fascinating. As the fun episodes, the opening is sung in Japanese and the serious ones were sung in English. The singer behind the theme song put a sensational emotion and power in the notes making it really eye catching to the audiences. I sang along with it whenever I watch it on TV or online. _Overall Soundtrack: 5/5_ Anyways, Teen Titans was eye catching to me due to these reasons. It also taught me a important, strong and emotional moral in most episodes along with life lessons. Anyways, I'm excited for the new Titans show(LA)! :)

i finally got around to watching this- as a big cartoon fan with some secondhand dc knowledge, i had heard this was one of the best animated series ever and felt like it was important viewing. it was pretty good, but i don't think it quite lived up to the hype for me. maybe it's just because i had heard so much that my standards were really high, or maybe it's a lack of nostalgia, but i think there was a bit of a pacing issue between major storyline episodes at the beginning and end of the season and in-betweens that had nothing to do with what was going on (don't get me wrong, those were some of my favorites, i just think they could've used a bit more time to set up each finale). some of the choices in villains were a bit disappointing as well, especially going from s4's trigon & slade to the kind of weak group in s5. shows like this with big casts always stand out to me more when each character has a memorable gimmick but is also able to be interesting or charming in general, and while i really enjoyed the titans themselves, most of the villains felt kind of one-note and generic. this was escalated in the final season when even more characters were added, which further divided their time to stand out. this is a problem i had with ducktales 2017 as well and for me personally, getting obsessed with a bunch of one-shot characters is part of the fun, so it's extra disappointing when i walk away with only one or two favorites. however, i will say i'm still very glad i watched it. there were lots of episodes i truly had a blast watching (particularly the killer moth ones- they were so unabashedly goofy and i loved every second), and despite the pacing issues i mentioned earlier, i thought every season's storyline was interesting. the art direction and fight scenes were gorgeous as well. i haven't seen much actual anime, but i appreciated how they drew influence from it while still making it their own. lastly, i completely agree with all the hype around the theme song- it was stuck in my head pretty much every day i watched an episode. overall, it's a very solid show, it just misses out on that extra something to make it one of my top favorites.
