Lacey Chabert is on the case in _She’s Making a List_. When a Naughty-or-Nice inspector gets involved in the life of a young girl that she’s assigned to evaluate, she starts to question the whole naughty or nice system. Chabert gives a strong performance and has good chemistry with co-star Andrew Walker. And the film uses a clever narrative device of having Chabert break the fourth wall to explain to the audience how she does her job and how the naughty or nice system works. However, the plot kind of falls apart in the last act and doesn’t tie up the various subplots very well. Still, the comedy’s rather fun and delivers some good laughs. _She’s Making a List_ is entertaining, but it has some problems that hold it back.
