The show was really amazing the fighting scenes and the storyline were top-notch. But I felt one thing was missing they should have shown An Yohan’s past. That part wasn’t explored, and it left a gap for me. Other than that, everything was great. And honestly, An Yohan was my favorite character!

It was cool. Liked the premise, liked the actors. At times it was way to convoluted for my Taste, but its worth a watch.

Ji Chang-wook sells the physicality and the unraveling psyche equally well, giving the series a heavy, cinematic edge. What threw me off, though, was the emotional side of the story. The girlfriend ditching him so quickly felt both harsh and underdeveloped, especially when his friends were still trying to reconnect and pull him back from the edge. And while a new love interest does appear later, the writers barely pursue it. It almost feels like part of the broader trend in recent Korean shows — a sort of Hollywoodization — where romance is minimized or removed entirely in favor of darker, grittier tones. While that approach can work, here it leaves a noticeable gap. A stronger emotional throughline could have elevated the stakes and humanized the story even more. Still, despite its missed opportunities, “Sculpture City” remains an engaging revenge thriller with strong performances and standout action.”**
